Dr.Rabinder Nath Kakarya is a multifaced personality and a fervent disciple of Shirdi Sai Baba. He is a writer par excellence, Sai Bhajan Singer and also the founder President of Rohini Sai Baba Mandir, New Delhi.

He was born on 19th March 1967 to Smt.Sudharna Kakarya at New Delhi, India. An extremely talented scientist, he did M.Sc (Physics), M.Ed and Doctorate in Phyics from Delhi University. He took teaching as a profession so that he could channelise all his talents, energy and accomplishments in perpetuating Baba’s glory to the uninitiated. His upbringing was rooted in Indian traditions and with Baba’s blessings he immersed himself in religious and philosophical persuits. Apart from teaching Physics, he is relentlessly involved in collection, compilation and translation of literary material on the life, teachings and miracles associated with Sai Baba of Shirdi.

He has so far translated 20 Books on Shirdi Sai Baba which have been published by M/s.Sterling Publishers Private Limited, New Delhi. Prominent among them are: 1008 Names of Shirdi Sai Baba, Shri Sai Baba the Saviour, Sai Hari Katha, Shirdi within & Beyond, Shirdi Sai Baba Ke Divya Leelayein, Shirdi Sampoorna Darshan, Shri Sai Baba Ke Param Bhakt, Sai Bhaktanubhav, Shri Sai Baba Ke Ananya Bhakt, Sai Ka Sandesha, Muktidata Shri Sai Baba, Shri Narasimha Swami. He has thrown his heart and soul into his Nineteenth offering Shirdi within & beyond and has brought out the book in the form of a photo-essay to the Divine Soul who has immortalised the once dusty hamlet of Shirdi.

Several of his artciles on Shirdi Sai Baba have been published in magazines like Sai Sudha, Sai Padananda, Sai Sumiran Times.

A naturally gifted singer, Dr.Kakarya has released several CD’s and cassettes on Sai Baba. Prominent among them is "Sai Gunagan" brought out by Sai Baba Mandir, Rohini, New Delhi. He is a regular fixture on the Thursday bhajan sandhya in the Rohini Sai Baba Mandir, New Delhi singing bhajans to Baba’s glory in a soul stirring mellifluous voice.

He has dedicated his life to the service of Sai Baba and his greatest aspiration and contentment lies in being able to make a positive impact, no matter how inconsequential, to every Sai Bhakta’s life.

He is tirelessly engaged in the spreading the life and teachings of Shirdi Sai Baba through literary works and Sai Bhajan Sandhya.

He is married to Smt.Neelam Kakarya and is blessed with two Sons Shri.Raunak Kakrya and Shri.Raghav Kakarya and is leading a happy and peaceful life at his New Delhi residence.
